Exchanges & Returns


We want you to LOVE your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. We do ask that you post the ring back to us. 

For a full refund to be granted, the item(s) must be returned with all original packaging in like-new condition.

Please allow a few weeks to receive your refund due to the transit time for your return to reach us and time for your bank to redeposit the funds in your account.


Did you get the wrong size and wish to exchange for a larger or smaller one? Not a problem, as we are ready to help process your exchange to get you the correct size.

We are a small family business, so we do ask that you cover the shipping cost of the return and new ring. You can use this link to pay for them now.


If there are any defects, then please contact us. We want our customers to have the best experience with their fidget ring. The ring should not be slammed or dropped hard or else the beads may pop out. If this does happen, then don’t worry as you can try popping them back in. If you experience a manufacturing defect, please email contact (@) with your name, order number, a description of the issue and a picture of the defect so we can correct the issue.

International Return & Exchangesโ€‹

International shipping is costly. We initially share shipping cost to reduce the price for our customers. However, when it comes to international returns & exchanges we are unable to share any cost. Because the cost of shipping, we advise any international customers to consider our special discount offer. We will send you a new ring at significantly reduced price. Otherwise, the shipping cost will cost more than the actual ring its self.
